These questions create new opportunities whether we apply them to the people we work with or the situations we find ourselves in.

As Ivern Ball said, “Knowledge is power, but enthusiasm pulls the switch.” Positive energy not only increases commitment, loyalty, and productivity, but it is contagious. Positivity begets positivity - pulling not only the switch for you, but giving other people permission to do the same themselves.

Play is the OG method of learning and still the best method for developing new skills and abilities, solving problems, and connecting with others. Play keeps us happy and healthy - relieving stress and lifting spirits, improving creativity and increasing innovation.
Compassion
Compassion is not just an ability to feel what another person is feeling, but a willingness to help them and relieve their suffering. Compassion motivates us to act and make the world a better place for others - even if it’s just our small corner of it.

I know that when people are given new information, they are able to look at their business practices with creativity and fresh insight. I’m driven to help bring more of what makes us human into workplaces – connection, enthusiasm, compassion, and joy.
