Moving from surviving to thriving.

“Wellbeing is attained by little and little, and nevertheless is no little thing itself, ” Citium Zeno

Let’s take a step towards flourishing.

A Human-Friendly Workplace

At work, many people have become ‘human doings’ - focused on getting tasks done, checking things off their lists, attending the next meeting, and making deadlines. We’ve forgotten how to be human beings - how to slow down and gain an understanding of what we need to thrive.

The Wellbeing Workshop

Bring your people together to explore their wellbeing needs and create meaningful and effective wellbeing plans for them to put into action. Give them the opportunity to create their own unique definition of wellbeing.

In this 90-minute to 2-hour workshop, you will:

  • Identify their ideal state and low points

  • Recognize what influences their thriving state and low points

  • Find key practices that will help with their wellbeing - daily, weekly, and semi-regular

  • Identify possible barriers to wellbeing practices

  • Create a list of the most critical moves they need to maintain their thriving state or manage when they’re feeling low

  • Come away with a completed Wellbeing Plan with actionable steps

Virtual Workshops

We leave no one out. No matter where your team is in the world, we can make it happen. All workshops are virtual.

A few benefits of your virtual workshop include:

Flexibility & Reach. People can participate from any location, accommodating diverse schedules and needs. Participants from different geographic locations can easily join, fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Improved Engagement. Interactive features such as chatbox discussions, polls, and breakout rooms promote active engagement and participation among attendees.

Time Efficiency. Got a busy team? We can structure your workshop to be delivered in shorter sessions, maximizing learning outcomes while minimizing time commitments.

Increased Psychological Safety. A virtual environment often encourages equal participation allowing all participants to contribute their ideas, ask questions and engage in discussions. It reduces social pressure creating a more comfortable and relaxed environment for participants and provides structured feedback mechanisms for people to share their thoughts and concerns in a way that makes them feel valued.

Looking for in person workshops? In person facilitation is available for select locations in Eastern Ontario, Canada.
